RENTAL RESERVATIONS

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL TERMS and CONDITIONS
• Rental is for CLUBHOUSE ONLY. The swimming pool and/or tennis courts are not included in the rental and cannot be reserved for private events.
• Maximum capacity of the Clubhouse is 125.
• The Clubhouse shall not be used to solicit money for personal business.
• Rental, deposit and cleaning fees must be paid at the time of reservation.
• All personal belongings (including rented tables and chairs) must be removed from the clubhouse by 8:00 am on the day following rental.
• The security deposit will be refunded if the clubhouse is not damaged in accordance with the CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF CLUBHOUSE and to the satisfaction of the Fox Bay HOA Board of Directors. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the homeowner / renter shall be liable for the amount by which such costs exceed the amount of the deposit.

FEE SCHEDULE:

RESIDENTS:
$50 Rental Fee plus $100 Security Deposit Please write separate checks for each of these fees with both made out to Fox Bay HOA.
Residents will be afforded the option to self clean (verified by HOA Board members) or opt to forfeit their security deposit as a cleaning fee.

NON-RESIDENTS:
$500 Rental Fee plus $100 Security Deposit. Rental fee includes $100 mandatory Cleaning Fee. Please write separate checks for each of these fees ($500/$100) with both made out to Fox Bay HOA.

CLEANING FEE:

Cleaning fee is required for all non-resident rentals or for any resident rentals that do not meet the standards of clean outlined in the rental contract. All garbage must be removed from the clubhouse and carried away. All items that are brought in should be removed including anything in the refrigerator or freezer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• $100 cancellation fee may be imposed if cancelled less than 30 days of event date.
