The Clubhouse

RENTAL RESERVATIONS

To reserve, please contact Patti Smith at 601-201-0007 or email Stanpatti@bellsouth.net.  Rental is for the CLUBHOUSE ONLY, the swimming pool is not included in the rental and cannot be reserved for private events. The link to theClubhouse Rental Application Form is found at the bottom of this page.

CLUBHOUSE FEES

RESIDENTS:

• $250 Rental Fee (includes $100 Security Deposit that will be returned if there are no damages to the facility) paid to Fox Bay HOA
• $100 Cleaning Fee paid to Patti Smith

NON-RESIDENTS:

• $500 Rental Fee (includes $100 Security Deposit that will be returned if there are no damages to the facility) paid to Fox Bay HOA
• $100 Cleaning Fee paid to Patti Smith

CLEANING FEE

Cleaning fee is required for all rentals. All garbage must be removed from the clubhouse and carried away. All items that are brought in should be removed including anything in the refrigerator or freezer.

PAYMENT

Checks for all fees must be submitted with the Rental Application Form. The rental and cleaning fee checks will be cashed/deposited at the time of rental. The Security Deposit check will be cashed/deposited only if there have been damages, otherwise it will be returned following the rental. Checks for the rental fee and security deposit should be made out to Fox Bay HOA. The check for the cleaning fee should be made out directly to Patti Smith.

CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled within 30 days of event date.
