The Clubhouse

RENTAL RESERVATIONS

Rental is for the CLUBHOUSE ONLY, the swimming pool is not included in the rental and cannot be reserved for private events. The link to the Clubhouse Rental Application Form is found at the bottom of this page.

CLUBHOUSE FEES

RESIDENTS:

• $50 Rental Fee PLUS $100 Security Deposit Please write separate checks for each of these fees with both made out to Fox Bay HOA.
• Residents will be afforded the option to self clean (verified by HOA Board members) or opt to forfeit their security deposit as a cleaning fee.

NON-RESIDENTS:

• $500 Rental Fee plus $100 Security Deposit. Rental fee includes $100 mandatory Cleaning Fee. Please write separate checks for each of these fees ($500/$100) made out to Fox Bay HOA.

CLEANING FEE

Cleaning fee is required for all non-resident rentals or for any resident rentals that do not meet the standards of clean outlined in the rental contract. All garbage must be removed from the clubhouse and carried away. All items that are brought in should be removed including anything in the refrigerator or freezer.

PAYMENT

Checks for all fees must be submitted with the Rental Application Form. The rental and cleaning fee checks will be cashed/deposited at the time of rental. The Security Deposit check will be cashed/deposited only if there have been damages, otherwise it will be returned following the rental. Checks for the rental fee and security deposit should be made out to Fox Bay HOA. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 cancellation fee may be imposed if cancelled within 30 days of event date.
